Booking & Availability

A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY WITH FLEXIBLE CATERING OPTIONS

Please check availability on our calendar below. Bookings are usually taken from Saturday to Saturday. You will be able to collect the keys from 3pm on your start date and must vacate the property by 10am the following Saturday. Please contact us if you would like to arrive outside of these days / times as this may be possible.

*The Prices are given in Euro, GBP sterling is provided as a guide and the exact amount payable will be calculated on the exchange rate at time of booking. Payments can be made in Swiss francs, Euro or GBP sterling.

Booking

To secure a booking a 25% deposit will be required, once received; we will send you a booking confirmation. The remainder to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. For booking less than 8 weeks in advance, the full price to be paid at time of booking.

Included in the price

The price shown for the week includes quality bed linen and towels for up to 8 people. The price also includes the cleaning of the chalet, although we do ask that you leave the chalet tidy.

Electricity is charged locally at 0.3 Swiss francs per kwh.
Firewood is available (to be paid locally)

A security deposit of Sfr300 or 300 Euro should be paid with your final payment. This is required in case of damage to the chalet, or if excessive cleaning is necessary. The key holder will read the electricity meter and verify that all is OK. We will return the remaining monies to you after your stay. Tourist tax is payable locally at the Tourist Information office, please make sure this is done before the end of your stay as you will need to hand the receipt to our key holder.

Discounts are available for rentals of more than 1 week. Long weekends / short stays are possible out of peak-season. Please send us an enquiry and we will let you know the price and availability of your requirements. A welcome gift of Swiss chocolates and a bottle of bubbly will be waiting for you, with our compliments. We like to keep the cupboards stocked for convenience with non-perishables such as salt and pepper, herbs and spices, cooking oils, washing up liquid, dishwasher and washing powder, we ask that you replace any you finish. If you would like a more substantial shopping hamper to include tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, jam and fruit etc., these can also be arranged, let us know your requirements when booking.

Please note no smoking in the chalet and no pets.

DISCOVER LA TZOUMAZ

The relatively new resort of La Tzoumaz (1500m) is the closest 4 Valley resort to Geneva Airport (150km). The motorway at Riddes is only 10km and Sion airport and railway station only 20km. Chalet Rosablanche is located in a quiet, sunny spot only 10 minutes walk from the centre of the village and next to the shuttle-bus stop at Les Esserts.
